About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Fusion Developer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering innovative solutions using Oracle Fusion Middleware SOA, OSB, ODI, and Java. Your expertise will play a critical role in integrating our systems, ensuring seamless interactions between various components, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interface with Business Teams: Collaborate with stakeholders to collect business requirements, create technical design documents, and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Middleware Scope Definition: Define middleware scope, estimate effort, and timeline for development of new integrations or enhancements.
  • System Design Efficiency: Ensure efficient system design, create system design specifications, and database specifications.
  • Project Proposal Definition: Work with cross-functional project teams to define new project proposals and provide LOE estimates.
  • Integration Development: Develop interfaces between Fusion (11g/12c) and other ERP, HR, Planning, Ecommerce, Content Management, MDM, POS, Order Management, WMS, and Price Management systems.
  • Production Support: Provide production support, perform defect resolution, performance optimization, and address security concerns issues on existing Oracle Fusion integrations.
  • Ticket Follow-up: Timely follow-up on assigned and open tickets within the required SLA.
  • Environment Monitoring: Monitor and maintain production and non-production environments to ensure agreed-upon targets for availability and performance are maintained.
  • Standards Compliance: Work with cross-functional IT Teams to ensure standards for Information Security, SOX, and Disaster Recovery are documented and achieved.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Creates and executes unit/integration testing scripts, coordinates with IT QA team to complete unit/integration testing for new/modified integrations.
  • Disaster Recovery: Participates in disaster recovery in case of disaster situations and supports scheduled annual disaster recovery tests, including maintenance of required documentation and coordination of user participation.
  • Status Updates: Share weekly statuses with the Fusion Development/Support Team and Leaders.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Information Technology.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience with Oracle Fusion (11g & 12c), SOA, OSB, ODI, and Java language, Operating systems such as Linux and Windows.
  • Preferred 2+ years of team/module lead experience managing a team.
  • Training or Certification in Java Application servers, Cloud Solutions, and Oracle PL/SQL Language is an added plus.
  • Strong experience in defining integration architecture, creating solutions, and implementing integration services using Oracle Fusion Middleware SOA 11g/12c, OSB 11g/12c, ODI 11g/12c, and SQL.
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) preferred.
  • Experience with GraphQL API tools preferred.
  • Platform Knowledge in AWS (S3, Lambda's, CI/CD).
  • Previous experience with GitLab source code management solutions.
  • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
