Job Title: Spanish Language Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled language expert to join our team at Localizationacademy. As a Spanish Language Expert, you will play a crucial role in translating content from English to Spanish Traditional, providing live interpretation services, and coordinating training programs for our Spanish Traditional-speaking clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translation: Translate training videos, PowerPoint presentations, documents, and other content from English to Spanish Traditional with precision, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and cultural alignment.
  • Live Interpretation: Provide live interpretation services during technical evaluation calls, meetings, and training sessions in English and Spanish Traditional, ensuring effective communication between participants.
  • Liaison: Effectively communicate with Spanish Traditional clients and vendors, ensuring clear understanding of their language and translation needs.
  • Localization: Adapt training materials to align with Spanish Traditional business practices, ensuring relevance and cultural sensitivity.
  • Content Creation: Create Spanish Traditional language captions for training videos and other multimedia content.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards for all translated content and interpretations, ensuring adherence to Spanish Traditional language conventions.
Requirements:
  • Translation and Interpretation Expertise: Proven experience in translation and live interpretation, with a focus on translating from English to Spanish Traditional and vice versa.
  • Language Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in Spanish Traditional (spoken and written) and English is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish Traditional, capable of articulating complex concepts effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, ensuring precise and accurate translations and interpretations.
  • Flexibility: Availability to start on short notice and flexibility to work in a 24x7 environment, aligning with Spanish Traditional business hours as needed.
