- Orientación Técnica: Proporcionar orientación técnica y tutoría a los equipos de desarrollo.

- Identificación de Riesgos: Identificar proactivamente los riesgos potenciales y desarrollar estrategias de mitigación.
- Experiencia: Mínimo 4+ años de experiencia como Arquitecto de Software o rol similar.
- Herramientas y Tecnologías: Conocimiento profundo de diferentes herramientas y tecnologías CI/CD, como Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps o AWS CodePipeline.
- Contenedorización: Experiencia con tecnologías de contenedorización como Docker y Kubernetes.
- Lenguajes de Programación: Dominio de varios lenguajes de programación, como Java, Python, Go o C#.
- Patrones Arquitectónicos: Sólidos conocimientos de patrones arquitectónicos, incluidos microservicios, arquitecturas basadas en eventos y diseño de API.
- Plataformas en la Nube: Experiencia con plataformas en la nube como AWS, Azure o GCP.
- Inglés: Inglés conversacional Avanzado.
