We are seeking an experienced Construction Business Development Manager to join our team at Waterloo Interiors. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and leading business development initiatives.
Responsibilities- Maintain a deep understanding of the commercial and multifamily construction markets to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the business, including market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare and present proposals to clients, showcasing our expertise and value proposition.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of commercial and multifamily construction markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
