This position involves front-end communications with customers, analysis and definition of system design alternatives, and daily technical guidance of engineering activities within the team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead System Requirements Activities: Develop and maintain system requirements specifications, ensuring alignment with customer needs and project objectives.
- Provide Technical Guidance: Offer expertise and support to stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and engineering teams, to ensure effective communication and resolution of technical issues.
- Manage Customer Requirements: Understand and document customer requirements using ALM tools, manage and negotiate customer requirements and change requests, and decompose customer, safety, and security requirements into system requirements.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with system architects, engineers, and test teams to ensure seamless integration and effective implementation of system requirements.
- Support System Test and Validation: Assist in writing system test cases, defining validation criteria, and analyzing change requests/defects from a requirements perspective.
- Lead Cross-Functional Requirements Reviews: Organize and lead reviews of system requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives and customer needs.
- Bachelor's Degree: In Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Relevant Experience: 3+ years of experience in system requirements engineering, automotive electronics serial development projects, and technical guidance of engineering activities.
