Supermercados Internacionales Heb is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in the Sorter area.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Lead a team of maintenance technicians to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Collaborate with operations teams to identify and address maintenance-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
• Analyze and report on maintenance metrics to inform business decisions.
**Requirements:**
• 1+ year of experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Technical knowledge of mechanical systems and programmable logic controllers.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
