Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director of Medical Affairs to join our team. As a key member of our medical affairs team, you will be responsible for providing expert medical support to all aspects of our local business, ultimately enhancing the customers' experience in interacting with our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and contribute to the medical plan in your therapeutic area of responsibility.
- Support the development, conduct, and reporting of local clinical trials.
- Review and report adverse events as mandated by corporate patient safety.
- Review protocols, study reports, publications, and data dissemination for products.
- Support new and updated labels, documents, and tools for product pricing, reimbursement, and access (PRA).
- Collaborate with global teams in the planning, startup, and conduct of phase 3b/4 studies.
- Provide medical guidance on the PRA plan and interact with government PRA agencies as needed.
- Lead in local scientific data dissemination, including presenting at conferences and advisory boards.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of the scientific information needs of local customers (payers, patients, and healthcare providers).
- Ability to anticipate and meet the needs of customers.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong knowledge of medical affairs, clinical trials, and regulatory affairs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
