**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Tool Fabricator to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for designing, manufacturing, and assembling complex tools, including three-plate tools, double-shot tools, and main parts' tools.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Design and manufacture complex tools, including three-plate tools, double-shot tools, and main parts' tools.
• Participate in discussions on tool structure and manufacturing methods, providing suggestions for optimization.
• Discuss tool issues and repair solutions with NPI.
• Conduct self-inspection of new tools and repairs before shipping.
• Solve production tool emergency issues on the injection machine.
• Communicate tool lead times with related functions.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new hires.
• Arrange and adjust all Fitting Assembly jobs.

**Requirements**

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 5 years of related working experience.
• Familiarity with plastic and injection concepts.
• Knowledge of traditional machine operation.
• Familiarity with tool structure and polishing concepts.
