We are seeking an experienced Senior Stamping Process Engineer to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing technical and professional tasks related to die cutting processes while taking responsibility for the decision-making process.

The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge in stamping processes, including the ability to analyze and improve production processes by applying lean manufacturing methodology and continuous improvement techniques. Additionally, they should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Must have advanced knowledge in stamping processes
- Able to manage technical and professional tasks related to die cutting processes
- While taking responsibility for the decision-making process
- Must have the ability to adjust and correct the variations of the process
- Analyze and improve production processes by applying lean manufacturing methodology, continuous improvement techniques, standard time taking, updating process information, machine parameterization (tuning), participation and solution to floor problems.

Requirements:
- Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineer or similar
- Minimum of three (3) years experience
- Knowledge of manufacturing, stamping and/or assembly processes required for the position
- Strong knowledge of TS 16949 and ISO 14001 standards
- Lean Manufacturing
- Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement Methodologies
- Pokayokes, Stamping Process
- Capacity Analysis and Line Balancing
- Core Tools (FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP)
- Autocad, GD&T Interpretation and Drawings
