Drive Continuous Improvement and Digital Transformation in HR Processes

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Continuous Improvement Manager to join our Global Business Services (GBS) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement and digital transformation in HR processes, with a focus on optimizing GBS process areas, automation, and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Mapping and Ideation: Develop process maps using SIPOC and process taxonomy, ensuring clear documentation of workflows and best practices.
  • HR Process Optimization and RPO Management: Lead the automation and improvement of HR processes, including working with external providers like RPOs (e.g., payroll automation).
  • Continuous Improvement Metrics: Assess and calculate the impact of continuous improvement initiatives, driving productivity and cost savings for GBS.
  • Workshops and Governance: Facilitate workshops and ensure standardization of global processes, focusing on scalability and aligning with GBS digital and operational goals.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders and Embrace Agile Methodology: Work closely with HR, IT, and external partners, while operating within an AGILE framework and having opportunities for Scrum Master certification.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in process improvement, ideally within HR.
  • Green Belt Six Sigma certification is required, with proven expertise in applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes (e.g., past HR Process Lead, HTR Process Improvement Manager/Lead).
  • Familiarity with automation tools and continuous improvement metrics to assess and drive process efficiencies.
  • Experience working in an agile environment, with the potential to certify as a Scrum Master.
  • Excellent communication skills to lead workshops and collaborate with stakeholders across all levels.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
