As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing our best-in-class product portfolio, pricing, and mix performance across the Consumer and Commercial business in the country.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement standard product, pricing, and mix processes, including targets and metrics across the Consumer and Commercial Business
- Oversee market back alignment for product, pricing, and mix initiatives and priorities in key country organizations
- Optimize ROI of our current product portfolio by developing new product roadmaps focused on targeted market segments
- Drive cross-functional teams to deliver on agreed targets, including quality of inventory, inventory levels, SKU prioritization, forecast accuracy, and open orders
- Manage research & market intelligence resources to produce relevant information to support decision-making around product, pricing, and mix business initiatives
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Marketing
- Desirable: B.S. Mechanical Engineering, MBA Marketing
