About the Role
The LATAM Koch Recruiting Team is seeking a highly skilled Recruiting Manager to lead a team of recruiters and coordinators in Guadalajara, Jalisco. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for hiring, developing, and retaining a diverse team of motivated employees who embody the company's values.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of recruiters and coordinators by example, providing individual coaching, mentorship, and career development to help them grow and contribute to the company's success.
- Ensure the team is connected to the overall Koch Recruiting Vision and Priorities, and that they understand how to create value for Koch Businesses.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key business partners, including Molex Business HR, Molex Business Leaders, and Hiring Supervisors, to understand business objectives and attract top talent.
- Identify opportunities to transform recruiting operations and help the company achieve business results.
- Enable and lead the utilization of ATS technology (Avature), recruiting metrics, and market data to allow the recruiting team to focus on high-value work and be influential business partners.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading, directing, and coaching a team.
- Clear motivations for developing proactive recruitment strategies and cultivating strong partnerships with business partners.
- Experience with service delivery, particularly in cultivating and maintaining strategic partnerships.
- Clear evidence of leading large projects and agile recruiting initiatives.
- Significant experience influencing and collaborating with leaders and business partners across various disciplines, capabilities, and geographies.
- Strong analytical capability, with the ability to create, measure, and track analytics to drive decisions.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruiting within the engineering and manufacturing sectors, particularly in transportation and connected mobility solutions and molding industries.
- Demonstrated ability to research, develop, and present comprehensive cost/benefit analyses to business leaders.
