**About the Role**

Finastra Usa Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and performance-driven individual to join our Global Solution Consulting team in the Americas. As a Solutions Expert, you will be responsible for proactively engaging with sales teams, customers, partners, and prospects to drive business opportunities in the region.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate with sales representatives throughout the sales campaign lifecycle, including exploratory meetings, consultative solution selling demonstrations, and workshops.
  • Establish credibility with clients, analyze their needs, and position Finastra product modules and release features to ease the sales process and optimize efficiency.
  • Prepare RFI/RFP replies to ensure the solution is presented according to the key criteria of the prospect/client.
  • Create solution design documentation, both internally and externally.
  • Articulate the Finastra solution value statement and deliver it throughout the sales process, both internally and externally.
  • Manage opportunity and bid qualification assessment and coordinate key internal stakeholders involved in the sales process.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell Finastra solutions to existing and prospective customers.

**Requirements**

  • 4+ years of working experience with banks, technology providers, or consulting firms.
  • 3+ years of Financial Industry experience in Payments, familiarity with some/all US payments rails and the underlying payloads.
  • Experience working on systems that process Fedwire, CHIPS, NACHA, EPN, SWIFT, TCH RTP, and/or Zelle.
  • Proven track record of accomplishments and initiatives with demonstrated, measurable success.

**Work Environment**

Finastra or virtual home office. Travel (30% on average) required.
