Company Overview
Liquid IT business requires a highly skilled Sr. Product Business operations professional to lead strategic initiatives and drive operational planning across various segments.
About the Role
This is a critically important role that enables the COO to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating strategic and tactical planning processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement BMS (Business Management System) to track business activities and results across SMB/REL/Consumer segments and key product categories.
- Collaborate with segment and sales leaders on LA Campaign and business planning process, setting up MS/Unit/Revenue/Profit goals for segments based on top-down and bottom-up approaches.
- Work with finance to establish financial milestones, including monthly financial commits (M-calls, POR calls).
- Facilitate and manage the process of identifying, prioritizing, chartering, communicating, and managing key strategic projects.
- Organize day-to-day activities with the COO LA Category, tracking business progress towards targets, following up on key initiatives, preparing presentations for customers, executives, external, and internal audiences, and preparing for key internal and external meetings.
- Lead the STAMP planning process for LA PCSD, working cross-functionally to communicate the process, key milestones, and consolidate information.
- Act as a change agent for business transformation initiatives and tools that optimize end-to-end business execution and performance.
- Conduct market and financial analysis to support GEO projects and business initiatives.
- Track key strategic actions and drive them to closure.
- Drive LA Category Organization elements, including agenda topics for weekly team meetings, quarterly All-Hands meetings, and Kickoff gatherings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
- Extensive experience in IT product strategy development.
- Managed operational planning.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (Advanced English mandatory).
- Strong analytical skills.
- Great negotiation management skills.
Location
The ideal candidate will be based in Mexico or Brazil, with the possibility of remote work.
Estimated Salary Range
$80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
