Documentation Specialist

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. As a Documentation Specialist at Bd, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality documentation systems and projects management.

Your primary work location will be MEX Nogales South - Parque Industrial El Cid. You will participate in all aspects of the Electronic Documentation System, creating documents according to established standards, and assisting in fulfilling departmental and plant goals.

You will develop skills to train and lead, participate in Lean Thinking activities, and assist in the training of employees from the Document Control department and new Power Users from other departments.

The successful candidate will have a High School or Technical Career preferably completed, with no experience needed, but to be studying a professional career in any branch of Engineering or preferably, to be a recent graduate intern.

The ideal candidate should possess leadership, effective communication, and mathematical skills of Bachelor's degree. English level: Upper Intermediate. This is a challenging opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the development of documents and completion of activities of different plant projects. The successful candidate will represent the department of Quality Assurance in meetings of projects or other departments, participate in planning meetings, implementation, following, or evaluation of goals, or department projects.

The selected candidate will work directly with translators in assigning tasks and coordination of changes, develop Visual System Maps (VSM) and propose improvements, and perform any other task assigned by their immediate boss.
