**Job Description**: As a Strategic Manufacturing Process Leader, you will be responsible for managing the engineering activities such as special process, CNC programming, quality, and process engineering in an efficient and timely manner. You will ensure the correct preparation, development, and qualification of new products and manage the control of risks associated with new projects. Additionally, you will develop Engineering processes in accordance with applicable standards and requirements, comply with and enforce code of ethics, and respect and comply with Quality Policy, Health and Safety standards, and Quality Management System.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

  • 10+ years of experience in management positions
  • Strong CNC background (milling, turning, robot programming) required
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Experience with machining titanium, Inconel, or alloys
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong experience in people development
  • Strategic thinking
  • Aerospace industry background is a plus
