- Lead a team of production associates to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to associates to improve performance and productivity.
- Develop and implement training plans to enhance associate skills and knowledge.
- Production Planning and Control
- Collaborate with Production Planning to establish production schedules and monitor performance versus schedule.
- Track production metrics to ensure department goals are being met.
- Communicate production metrics and progress to associates and management.
- Continuous Improvement
- Actively participate in and support continuous improvement activities.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Employee Relations and Communication
- Represent concerns of production associates to management and vice versa.
- Ensure fair and consistent application of company and departmental policies and practices.
- Work with associates to resolve employee relations issues and concerns.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an administrative field.
- Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Skills
- Basic English communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines.
