The Total Production Cost (TPC) Purchasing Program Manager is a key member of the North America Purchasing Program Management Team within the Global Purchasing and Supply Chain Organization at Stellantis. As a TPC Purchasing Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our vehicle programs are as cost-competitive as possible, serving Stellantis customers with excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Ownership of ambitious vehicle program cost targets, driving strategic initiatives to achieve cost savings.
  2. Generation and tracking of innovative cost reduction ideas, leveraging various tools and methodologies to optimize supply chain efficiency.
  3. Development and presentation of executive-level reports, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, with a strong foundation in business principles and practices.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Purchasing, Supplier Operations, Finance, or related disciplines, with a proven track record of cost reduction and supply chain optimization.
  3. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and low-cost country sourcing principles, with the ability to analyze supplier costs and develop negotiation strategies.
  4. Strong organizational, self-motivation, and leadership skills, with the ability to project lead cross-functional teams to deliver results on time.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office and Google applications, with experience navigating data analytics tools such as QlikSense/Power BI.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Previous program/project management experience or demonstrated skills, with a proven ability to drive strategic initiatives and lead cross-functional teams.
  2. Familiarity with System Cost Engineering, Supply Chain, VAVE, Brand, and Product Engineering teams, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
