Job Summary

Aspire Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled HRBP Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between the business and the human resources department, ensuring that HR initiatives are aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training programs.
  • Work with key stakeholders to ensure HR initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, promoting a positive work culture and improving organizational effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, particularly in Business Partnering or HR coordination roles.
  • Experience working in a corporate environment, ideally with experience in talent management, employee relations, and recruitment strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with different departments and employees at various levels.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving HR issues.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask across various HR functions.
  • Proficiency in HR software systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems, performance management platforms).
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (depending on the workplace).
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Mexico.
