About the Role
This is a leadership position within the procurement function, responsible for driving strategic sourcing initiatives and negotiating contracts with suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead contract reviews and negotiations with suppliers, ensuring best terms and conditions.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to meet business targets.
- Oversee the organization's purchasing functions, ensuring compliance with commercial and technical requirements.

- Review and update procurement plans and strategies to ensure effectiveness and relevance.
About You
- You have at least 5 years of experience in procurement or a related field, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- You possess excellent negotiation skills, with a strong ability to influence people at all levels.
- You have a strong attention to detail and deliver high-quality work.
- You are a strong mentor and coach, able to build high-performing teams.
- You are highly goal-driven and thrive in fast-paced environments.
