Trg Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trg Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals to ensure seamless execution of our services.

• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and training to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Track and submit attendance records to Human Resources as required.
• Ensure adequate department coverage, including reviewing and approving leave requests.
• Manage employee schedules and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Develop and implement strategies to motivate and engage the team.
• Provide support for disciplinary actions or terminations according to company guidelines.
• Analyze and escalate unusual or high-risk transactions as necessary.
• Promote quality service by adhering to established customer service standards.
• Stay up-to-date with AML/BSA record-keeping requirements.
• Communicate significant events that may impact daily operations to management.
• Offer recommendations for department and team needs, escalating issues to management when necessary.
• Perform tasks assigned by the supervisor or department manager.
• Follow up on system issues affecting productivity or service levels.
• Manage workflow according to department needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and security with provided information.

• Experience in customer service, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Flexible availability, including weekends.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.
• Teamwork skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
