Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Officer to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for providing accurate and efficient payroll services to our hotel and team members.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

  1. Process payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  2. Manage payroll systems and ensure data integrity.
  3. Process wages, allowances, and deductions using imported time and attendance data.
  4. Generate reports and distribute to department managers.
  5. Submit audit reports to the Hotel Accountants/Finance Managers.
  6. Complete end-of-financial-year payroll processes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Previous experience in high-volume payroll.
  2. Familiarity with payroll software and systems.
  3. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  4. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  5. Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
