Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our team at Masimo. As a Clinical Specialist, you will play a critical role in supervising and coordinating clinical needs, managing territory issues, and identifying business and clinical needs to present our solutions portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Sales Representatives: Collaborate with Sales Representatives to supervise and coordinate all clinical needs involving Masimo Technologies in the designated market.
  • Manage Territory Issues: Work with Sales Representatives to manage respective territory issues.
  • Identify Business and Clinical Needs: Identify both business and clinical needs and assist the team in presenting our solutions portfolio.
  • Continuing Education and Training: Assist in the continuing education, follow-up, and training needs in the designated market for our customers.
  • Support Trade Shows: Support Trade Shows and become a Masimo Technology expert.
  • OR Environment Expertise: Have great knowledge about the OR environment and participate in continued evaluation of new products, demonstrations, and clinical trials.
  • Installation and Technical Services: Work with Sales Representatives to coordinate hospital installations when needed and assume responsibility in managing or assisting in the installation process and personnel.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate in the technical services area when needed for the designated market and be a role model for the clinical specialists for our distributor channel and be their trainer.
  • Professional Image: Present a positive/professional image reflective of Masimo Corporation.
  • Cross-Functional Teamwork: Be part of a multicultural team across the LATAM region and collaborate as one.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor in Biomedical Engineering, Registered Nurse, or Respiratory Therapist.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in the field as a clinical specialist or equivalent.
  • Desired Skills: Experience in an international company is desirable, exceptional communication/personal skills (written and oral), advanced computer skills and understanding, ability to be an integral part of an innovative, fast-paced clinical and business development team, independent problem solver with prior managerial/leadership experience preferred, ability to travel extensively, and fluency in English.
