Descripción del Puesto

Buscamos un profesional en Marketing con experiencia en el área de Marketing de Consumo Masivo para unirse a nuestro equipo en el Clúster Norte (México, Centroamérica y Andino).

Responsabilidades Principales
  • Analizar información de mercado para entender los diferentes mercados del Clúster Norte y desarrollar estrategias de marca para crecer la categoría.
  • Conocer el marco competitivo de la categoría para desarrollar planes de acción que permitan crecer la participación de mercado y la preferencia de los consumidores.
  • Ayudar en la realización del Plan de Marketing anual.
  • Colaborar en la definición de estrategias de precios y catálogo.
  • Manejar el Estado de Resultados (P&L) de una marca o categoría para buscar o mantener la rentabilidad del negocio y/o marcas.
  • Desarrollar campañas de comunicación Digital, ATL y BTL.
  • Crear estrategias de comunicación para crecer la participación en los canales emergentes e E-Commerce.
  • Ayudar en el desarrollo de nuevos productos, lanzamientos y relanzamientos de marca.
  • Mantener comunicación con el equipo global y asegurar que la estrategia global sea aplicable para nuestros mercados (Clúster Norte).
  • Crear presentaciones de marca para los equipos de ventas, briefs con agencias de medios y clientes internos y externos.
Requisitos
  • Licenciatura en Marketing, Ingeniería Industrial, Administración o afines.
  • 1 año mínimo de experiencia en el rol de Marketing de Consumo Masivo.
  • Manejo de Nielsen Answers y/o base de datos.
  • Dominio del idioma inglés avanzado.
  • Experiencia en desarrollar estrategias de comunicación incluyendo Digital.
  • Capacidad para analizar información cuantitativa y hacer recomendaciones.
  • Comunicación verbal efectiva.
