Strategic Financial Operations Specialist

To ensure the optimal management of our company's financial resources, we are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst-Mx.

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a candidate who can efficiently manage our treasury, checkbook control, and accounts payable. The selected individual will be responsible for preparing payment proposals to suppliers, carrying out payments, and developing weekly cash flow forecasts.

Accounting and Reporting:

The ideal candidate will maintain accurate accounting records of expenditures, payments to suppliers, bank commissions, and other revenues. They will also be responsible for credit card payment postings and integrating various MXP accounts for monthly revaluations.

Internal Control and Verification:

A key aspect of this role is verifying supplier data for registration in PLEX, controlling expenditure policies, and managing contractors and service providers (contracts). Additionally, the successful candidate will oversee assets control (invoices) and royalty control.

About This Opportunity:
