**Job Title:** Construction Coordinator

**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Coordinator to support our Construction department in the administration of vendors payments and documents. The successful candidate will ensure that our Construction administration process has the appropriate back up according to company policies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Generate Construction Contracts and ensure timely authorization and signing by the General contractor.
  • Manage Purchase Orders for Autozone internal supplies, ensuring timely delivery during the construction process.
  • Activate new vendors by coordinating the process to obtain NDA and PSA approvals, requesting necessary documentation, and submitting to Legal and Compliance.
  • Oversee Closeouts and stores capitalization, receiving closeouts from General contractors, generating master control lists, and ensuring timely acceptance and contract retention release.
  • Administer Vendors Payments, filtering and approving invoices, ensuring back-up information, and handing over to Finance for payment.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration or equivalent.
  • Two to three to five years of experience in Administration in Construction companies or retail.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with a detail-oriented focus.
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information.

**Preferred Skills:**

  • Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access).
