Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in tax compliance and planning processes, with a strong understanding of LATAM region regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate tax compliance and planning processes with outsourcing firms in different countries.
- Support the implementation of tax compliance routines in new countries in LATAM.
- Respond to internal tax inquiries of moderate complexity, and assist business partners with tax issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor and analyze tax judicial and administrative precedents that impact the company's operations and financial positions.
Requirements
- 4 years of related experience in large Multinational Corporations and/or a Big 4 firms with a bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or Law.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Tax knowledge about LATAM region and analytical skills.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Hands-on, good ability to thrive in a fast-paced and diversified environment.
- Is a team player, feels comfortable working in a diverse and inclusive environment.
- Fluency in Spanish and advanced English due to client management in this region.
