UAP Manager

Job Overview
As a UAP Manager at Faurecia, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our production team. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate daily activities to achieve objectives and optimize resource utilization.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate production plans and monitor progress against Group standards (PDP/PIC)
- Ensure production viability and achieve economic objectives by preparing and presenting the budget for the Production Unit
- Manage staffing resources and ensure adequate personnel to meet production demands
- Develop and train team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Act as the plant's official representative to customers and ensure their demands are met
- Implement preventive and corrective measures to improve production processes and quality
Requirements
- Industrial Engineer, Electrical Mechanical Engineer, Administrative Mechanical Engineer, or similar degree
- 3-5 years of experience leading a multidisciplinary team
- Advanced English language skills
- Industrial Process Management experience in the Automotive Industry
- Budget Management skills
- Knowledge of production processes: Welding, Riveting, Fastening
