About the RoleThis is a great opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. As a Warehouse Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising a team of warehouse staff, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory;
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy;
- Prioritize and manage workload to meet production deadlines;
- Perform inspections and separation of defective materials;
- Assist with pick and pack operations for production orders;
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards;
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2-3 years of experience in an inventory management environment, preferably with SAP transactions;
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead a team;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred;
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (read, write, and speak) is desirable.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately $45,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus benefits.
