Purpose Statement: At Plexus, we're seeking a skilled Business Solutions Analyst to help our customers implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way. This role involves determining project or program requirements, communicating them clearly to stakeholders, and assisting in the development and deployment of solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with business partners to elicit high-level requirements and business needs, and articulate them into documented business requirements and demands.
  • Contribute to the overall application delivery process as a global team member, representing customers and collaborating with IT Teams to ensure business requirements are understood and solutions meet expectations.
  • Act as a liaison between IT, product teams, and customers, understanding business processes and systems for assigned customer areas.
  • Manage and deliver moderate to high complexity projects, applying broad knowledge to identify and resolve core problems.

Education and Experience Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 2-5 years of related experience is required.
  • Fluent English reading, writing, and speaking skills are essential.
  • CCBA certification is highly desirable, and Agile and Lean Six Sigma certifications are also beneficial.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

  • Action-oriented individuals with strong leadership skills and the ability to escalate issues appropriately.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task, managing multiple projects.
  • Increased business knowledge and acumen for planning.
