About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative Associate to join our team at FedEx Express Latin America and Caribbean Division. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, providing solutions to their queries, and ensuring timely resolution of their issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring that all customer interactions are professional, courteous, and respectful.
  • Analyze customer concerns and resolve them efficiently, escalating complex issues to senior representatives as needed.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on new features and promotions to effectively communicate value to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues, improve processes, and drive business growth.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting productivity and quality standards while maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. You should also have a solid understanding of customer service principles and practices, as well as experience working in a similar environment.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
