At HSBC, we are seeking an experienced Strategic Corporate Banking Relationship Manager to join our team in Northern Mexico. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop and maintain key relationships with CEOs, CFOs, and treasurers of leading industrial blue-chip corporate clients.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record of building respected leadership customer relationships to support business growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent credit analysis skills, including facilities approval and credit reviews, as well as the ability to lead and influence cross-functional relationships with internal and external partners.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive client plans to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Providing strategic guidance on credit and lending products, including transactional and event-based solutions.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with product specialists from Mexico and abroad to ensure seamless delivery of HSBC's offerings.

The successful candidate will have at least three to five years of experience managing or supporting complex business portfolios in multiple locations, with a strong background in business development and sales leadership. Additionally, they will possess high levels of ethics, values, integrity, and trust, with proficiency in Excel and data analysis.

Highest salary range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year (depending on experience).
