**Job Summary**

Skyworks Solutions De México, S.A. De C.V. is seeking a highly skilled Plating Process Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our research and development team, you will be responsible for implementing new plating processes and improving the efficiency and quality of our wafer plating equipment.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Conduct research and development of new plating processes to improve product quality and reduce costs.

2. Monitor and analyze the performance of wafer plating equipment to identify areas for improvement.

3. Develop and implement process improvements to increase throughput, quality, and yield.

4. Establish and maintain documentation of wafer plating processes, including chemistry bath life and maintenance schedules.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective actions.

6. Develop and maintain statistical process control procedures to ensure product quality and consistency.

7. Deliver products that meet or exceed IPC thickness specifications.
