About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Professional who will be responsible for pioneering trusted medical solutions to improve the lives we touch.

  • Promote the development of a robust supplier quality system to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
  • Participate in supplier audits for new and existing suppliers as per schedule and documentation requirements.
  • Handle non-conformities and corrective/preventive actions in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with Category Managers to participate in Supplier Quality Reviews.
  • Actively participate in Material Review Boards (MRB) and contribute to the approval of new suppliers.
  • Evaluate suppliers and take necessary actions accordingly.
  • Responsible for immediate communication and follow-up on raw material disposition in adequate time.
  • Analyze root causes, review non-conformities, analyze FMECA's, coordinate investigations, and implement improvements.
  • Manage QA/QC related activities in relation to new and existing tools approval processes.
  • Drive continuous improvements in total cost ownership, speed, and optimization using LEAN techniques.
  • Participate in new product development, product transfer, and other optimization projects.
  • Promote teamwork among areas and comply with the company quality policy.
  • Ensure adherence to the Quality Management System based on ISO 13485, FDA, GMP, and MDR regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in an Industrial area or similar required.
  • Three years of experience in Supplier Quality areas preferred.
  • Measurement equipment knowledge skill preferred.
  • Written and spoken English required.
  • Internal Auditor required.
  • Experience with quality tools, statistical techniques, and software utilization skills required.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and work cohesively with departments.
  • Familiarity with injection molding processes and basic requirements of FDA QSR's GMP's and ISO 13485, MDR, or similar regulations required.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
