Business Development Professional

We are seeking a Business Development Professional to drive growth in our territory by creating value with customers and building long-term relationships. As a Sales Engineer at Molex, you will be responsible for strategizing product sales based on decision makers, creating value for customers and the company, and developing strong relationships with internal customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategize product selling based on decision makers
- Create value for customers and the company
- Develop strong relationships with internal customers
- Finding new business opportunities
- Map a territory
- Run revenue reports and analyze data
- Follow up current and future projects
- Negotiation to close projects
- Creating marketing initiatives to reinforce current relationships
Basic Qualifications
- A person with knowledge of the Home Appliance market is preferred
- Meatronics, Electronic, or Industrial engineer preferred
- Knowledge of Tier 1, Tier 2 business
- Ability to easily learn our products and architecture
- Proactive to seek customers and visit them constantly
- Persistent

- Open to hybrid markets

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
