As a Customer Service Representative in Querétaro, Mexico, you'll be our first point of contact with customers, providing world-class service to both existing and prospective clients.

Job Description

Billing Inquiries and Resolution

We're looking for an experienced professional who can handle customer telephone queries efficiently, clarify issues, provide guidance, and direct problems towards a solution. You'll respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email, consistently meeting our high service standards.

Order Processing and Account Management

You'll be responsible for processing customer orders, bills, and accounts, initiating maintenance and termination of accounts, and troubleshooting/resolving customer complaints. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure will enable you to navigate complex problems and find effective solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluent or advanced English language proficiency (B2-C1 level)
  • Intermediate/advanced Excel user
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, reading comprehension, and attention to details
  • Ability to work under pressure and critical thinking
  • Complex problem-solving skills
  • Good communicator with a positive attitude and competitive personality
  • Previous experience in admin support or CS roles in global companies

Estimated Salary: $350,000 - $450,000 MXN per year, depending on experience
