- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of strategies deployed and make data-driven decisions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Maintain open channels with key Jeeves stakeholders, articulate findings, share pivotal updates, and ensure the broader team is always in the loop.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management focused spend & expense management.
- Fluent in English, as Jeeves is a global company and English is the language we use internally to communicate between regions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret healthy adoption, engagement, and retention.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willing to work across global time zones, including 10% travel.
- Solid track record of shipping and iterating on successful products with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for building and executing a global bank vision.
