Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Process Engineer to join our team at BOC Juarez. As an Industrial Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing, maintaining, and implementing labor standards, operation procedures, and equipment data to support our manufacturing organization and R&D teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute new product development (NPD) transfer and sustaining projects.
- Support the execution of transfer activities, including design and fabrication of custom-made equipment.
- Create manufacturing plans (MP), manufacturing forms, routers, bills of materials (BOMs), and drawings.
- Design and fabricate new fixtures and production line flow.
- Develop production line requirements, including cycle time, scrap, and quality standards.
- Support strategy for validating new production lines, including validation plans, IQ, OQ, and PQ.
- Train production associates, supervisors, mechanics, and manufacturing engineers on new processes and equipment.
- Partner with R&D to establish goals and identify opportunities to improve production line efficiency.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of industrial engineering principles and practices.
- Experience with design and fabrication of custom-made equipment and production line flow.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
