You will develop a thorough knowledge of PepsiCo's US business policies to enhance business processes. Your expertise in leveraging technology to optimize payroll efficiency will be crucial in streamlining our processes.
In this role, you will be responsible for proper escalation for daily resolution issues and serve as the ultimate escalation point person. You will partner with cross-functional areas to ensure proper execution of Payroll processes, including receiving requests from the field, validating fulfilment requirements, and ensuring payroll data is captured in required payroll systems for successful processing.
Key responsibilities include generating and reviewing payroll reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve payroll efficiency and accuracy. You will act as the point person for any payroll discrepancies, inquiries, disruptions, and provide resolution.
