**Job Summary**

 

This is a senior-level SAP SD position that requires a minimum of 10-12 years of experience in the SAP SD module. The ideal candidate will have implemented or supported SAP ECC and have experience with AMS ticket management support roles. Strong client-facing skills and the ability to work in an onshore/offshore model are also necessary.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate engagement with business to validate and finalize requirements in SAP SD
  • Develop and maintain the knowledge repository and ensure all technical documents are up-to-date in SAP SD
  • Implement and resolve issues of complete SD process including GST process right from creation of inbound STO PO, Sales Order, Delivery, Invoice, MIGO, MIRO, and reconciliation of accounts
  • Creation and changes of Credit management under FSCM and pricing workflow
  • Configuration for creation of Routes, Plants, and STO process both from SD and MM
  • Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high-priority issues
  • SAP SD with Vistex exposure would be an added advantage
