Purpose of the Job:
As a key member of the International Treasury team, you will be responsible for managing financial risk and securing liquidity centrally and at each unit level to distribute the adequate resources and expertise to each and every unit.
Key Accountabilities:
Enforce compliance with Corporate Treasury Instructions
Contribute to the improvement of Central Treasury tools and processes to optimize efficiency & reliability
Control over month-end position of KPIs with affiliates ensuring a solid basis for decision making
Contribute to financial results budget/forecast process
Analyze data available to maintain a rationalized banking landscape together with Cash Management team
Participate in the review of balance sheets of affiliates notably as part of the dividend campaign policy
Perform analysis of funding requirements submitted by affiliates and monitor the approval process
Requirements:
University degree, Finance / Business school (MBA, Chartered Accountant...)
Strong accounting, banking or treasury academic background
2 years experience as external auditor or minimum 2 years of experience in a Corporate Treasury
Ability to discern key trends influencing balance sheet & cash flows & capacity to challenge those trends
Strong financial culture with basics in taxes & finance law
Strong understanding of cash flow generation cycles & accounting mechanism from Profit & Loss to Balance Sheet & Cash Flows
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel (Pivot tables, V-lookup...)
Ethics and rigor
Team oriented, collaboration & positive influence skills
Sense of organization, setting priorities
