About the Role
ZF Group is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of ZF DNA of Quality Strategy at plant level, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
- Lead the Head of Quality Plant in performing Management Review according to ISO/IATF standards, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
- Drive compliance with quality management systems standards (ISO, IATF, VDA, etc.) and customer-specific requirements, ensuring our products meet the highest standards.
- Lead the 3rd Party Certification of quality management system standards (ISO, IATF, VDA, etc.), ensuring our processes are audited and certified.
- Lead compliance with customer quality certifications (e.g., GM BIQS, Ford MSA, VW Formel Q, BMW Requalification of product and processes, etc.), ensuring our products meet customer requirements.
- Drive business process identification, standardization, and optimization, working closely with other support processes to ensure seamless integration.
- Lead External and Internal quality management system and process audit management (ISO, IATF, VDA, LPA, etc.) and customer-specific requirements, ensuring our processes are audited and certified.
- Responsible for document control of quality management system documents/processes, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of Operations and Quality, with a strong knowledge of quality management system standards (ISO, IATF, VDA, etc.) and customer-specific requirements.
- Robust global network with Divisional, Regional, and Functional Heads, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Proven experience in successfully managing cross-functional teams (direct and/or dotted reporting line teams), ensuring effective leadership and collaboration.
