Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Replenisher to join our team at Freudenberg Group. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of raw materials to our suppliers and managing the procurement process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process requisitions and place purchase orders on SAP to raw material suppliers
  • Ensure timely delivery of raw materials and negotiate with suppliers to meet delivery deadlines
  • Manage freight carrier negotiations to ensure best overall value for the company
  • Develop reliable freight carriers that comply with legal requirements
  • Monitor domestic transport, parcel service, and raw material shipments until delivery
  • Generate and ensure proper documentation for domestic shipments and parcel service
  • Manage and submit documentation for invoices payment of domestic carriers and parcel services
  • Reconcile account statements of national carriers and parcel services
  • Update and maintain inbound/outbound schedule domestic shipment for warehouse
  • Support goods receipts for incoming materials into SAP by providing proper documentation
  • Generate cockpit projects to reduce logistics costs
  • Supervise and audit work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures
  • Provide training and maintain back-up capability for traffic replenisher & Domestic logistics function
  • Ensure compliance with 5S requirements and standard work
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or High School and 3 years of experience in similar position
  • 2 years or more of related experience
  • Knowledge in the field of suppliers' management, materials requirements management, SAP module SD & MM, suppliers forecast and firm orders, materials coverage, shipping process, ground transportation management & regulations, logistics cost optimization, route planning, Incoterms
  • Previous manufacturing-related work environment experience preferred
  • Customer Orientation, Negotiation skills, Analysis ability, Good problem-solving, Decision making, Proactivity, Good communications skills, both written and verbal, Excellent sense of safety awareness
  • Computer proficient and skilled with Microsoft office software
