Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Virtual Assistant to assist in preparing and organizing real estate documents and contracts.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and organize real estate documents and contracts.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer support.
  • Conduct market research and generate reports for real estate trends and property listings.
  • Support sales activities, including lead generation and follow-up.
  • Coordinate property showings and manage appointments.
  • Assist with social media management and online marketing efforts.

Requirements:

  • Based in Guadalajara, Mexico, or nearby.
  • Good level of English is indispensable.
  • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in the real estate industry preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite / Google Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Sales experience is a plus.
