Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Virtual Assistant to assist in preparing and organizing real estate documents and contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and organize real estate documents and contracts.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer support.
- Conduct market research and generate reports for real estate trends and property listings.
- Support sales activities, including lead generation and follow-up.
- Coordinate property showings and manage appointments.
- Assist with social media management and online marketing efforts.
Requirements:
- Based in Guadalajara, Mexico, or nearby.
- Good level of English is indispensable.
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in the real estate industry preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite / Google Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Sales experience is a plus.
