Operations Support Assistant Lead

The Ops Support Assistant 4 plays a pivotal role in providing day-to-day operations support to Citi, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and processes. Reporting to the Operations - Core Team, this role serves as a liaison between various departments, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinating team efforts to ensure timely completion of tasks and maintain a smooth workflow
• Providing guidance to staff on processes and procedures, promoting knowledge sharing and expertise
• Evaluating equipment and resource allocation to identify potential issues and optimize departmental efficiency
• Interacting with internal departments and external clients to resolve issues and concerns
• Monitoring work processes to meet business and quality standards
• Assisting in decision-making within established procedures to balance employee, company, and customer needs
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably with Learning Management Systems, Human Resource Systems, and Learning and Development knowledge
• Proficient computer skills and ability to adapt to new technology quickly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear and concise expression
• High School diploma or equivalent
