About the Role

The Enterprise Engagement Manager plays a crucial role in driving sales growth by engaging with and developing strong relationships with prospects. This position requires close collaboration with Senior Enterprise and Enterprise Account Executives to generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, triage and qualify inbound lead flow, drive event attendance, and support account research with the aim of increasing penetration across each node's assigned sales territory.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain relationships with prospects to create sales-ready meetings and opportunities
  2. Collaborate with Sr. Enterprise and Enterprise Account Executives to develop territory strategy, prioritizing target accounts to generate demand
  3. Identify key buyer personas, including C-Level contacts, and uncover prospect pain points through market research
  4. Utilize creative and traditional outreach methods to engage with prospects, including calls, LinkedIn, and emails
  5. Qualify and route inbound lead flow to ensure timely follow-up and maximize qualified opportunity conversion
Requirements
  • + 3 years of relevant professional experience in Business Development, Sales, or other related Go to Market (GTM) roles
  • + Ability to work in a matrixed environment with product, legal, marketing, finance, and senior leadership to set and execute strategy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including active listening
