At TE Connectivity, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing multi-year strategies for assigned commodities, suppliers, and parts/services to achieve established goals in supplier quality, delivery, price, and service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate across business units and regions. You will work closely with cross-functional partners, including engineering, manufacturing, product management, and functional owners, to execute competitive bids, negotiations, and contracting processes.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement multi-year strategies for assigned commodities, suppliers, and parts/services
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to execute competitive bids, negotiations, and contracting processes
- Develop and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Provide procurement expertise and support to business units and regions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or strategic sourcing
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Experience with SAP or other procurement software
- Knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
