Host/Hostess

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Host/Hostess to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their stay.

• Greet guests and determine the number in their party, ensuring a seamless and efficient seating experience.
• Seat guests by finding a clean, available table, and provide any necessary assistance to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and the well-being of guests, providing prompt attention to any concerns or issues.
• Follow all company and safety policies and procedures, reporting any accidents or incidents to management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 10 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
