Bellstand Ambassador

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bellstand Ambassador to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a key member of our Front Desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide them with information about our hotel's amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Assist guests with luggage storage and retrieval, and transport their luggage to and from their rooms.
• Provide directions and arrange transportation for guests as needed.
• Communicate parking procedures to guests and ensure their vehicles are safely parked.
• Follow up with guests to ensure their needs have been met and provide additional assistance as required.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service.
• Physical stamina to lift and move luggage and other items as needed.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
