Senior PBX Operator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior PBX Operator to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by answering guest calls, processing requests, and operating the telephone switchboard station.

• Answer and process guest calls, requests, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Operate the telephone switchboard station, ensuring seamless communication between guests and hotel staff.
• Provide excellent service, responding to special requests and following up with guests to ensure their needs are met.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in telecommunications or customer service.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• A competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
